Returns and Refunds

If you receive you order and it doesn’t fit, we are happy to exchange your item, provided we have that style/size it in stock (we only hold limited numbers of each product). Otherwise your item will be refunded using the refund policy.

You have 10 working days to return your order to us from receiving your order. To be eligible for your return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. Tags on and in the original packaging. Please email us if you are planning on returning an item so we know to look out for it and can put aside an alternative size if needed (limited sizes are held in each style). Return shipping to us is at your own expense. For returns, please use tracked postage as Strong Woman will not be held liable for goods lost in transit.

If your item is faulty, we of course will refund your money. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and organise your refund. I’m sorry but we cannot refund you if you just change your mind on the product. We are happy to try and exchange it for you as per our returns policy. Please email us sarah@strongwoman.co.nz
